Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, cleaned, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup low-fat bacon pieces
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup low-fat feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup fat-free red raspberry salad dressing
Directions
- In a large bowl, toss all ingredients except salad dressing.
- Chill for 15 minutes.
- Serve with dressing.
