Ingredients

  1. 1 head romaine lettuce, cleaned, cut into bite-sized pieces
  2. 1/4 cup low-fat bacon pieces
  3. cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  4. 1/4 cup low-fat feta cheese, crumbled
  5. 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  6. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  7. 1/3 cup fat-free red raspberry salad dressing

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients except salad dressing.
  2. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with dressing.
Bacon pieces can be found in your local grocer's salad dressing area. They add lots of flavor without all the fat and calories.
