Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups skim or one percent milk
  2. 2 cups orange juice
  3. 1/2 cup ice

Directions

  1. Pour milk into blender.
  2. Add orange juice and ice.
  3. Blend until mixture is foamy.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. 
Start Friday off right with this nutritious smoothie.

May use any flavor fruit juice or fresh fruit.
