Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz.) chicken
- 2 cans (12 oz.) cream of chicken soup, low-fat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 ounces cheese, grated
- 1 can non-fat evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 12 tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°
- Mix chicken, soup, milk, onion and hot sauce in a bowl.
- Pour 1/4 of the chicken mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Place first layer of tortillas on top of the mixture in the casserole dish.
- Continue to layer chicken mixture and tortillas.
- Cover with grated cheese.
- Baked for 45 minutes in preheated oven.
This meal is prepared quickly but keeps family lingering around the supper table.
