Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup sugar
  2. 1/4 cup cornstarch
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 2 1/2 cups skim or one percent milk
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, salt and cornstarch.
  2. Add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add vanilla and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour into individual serving bowls and chill until firm.
Serve with fresh fruit!
