Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups skim or one percent milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, salt and cornstarch.
- Add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add vanilla and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into individual serving bowls and chill until firm.
Serve with fresh fruit!
