Ingredients
- 3 medium-size turnips, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup buttery spread
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Cook turnips in boiling water until tender.
- Drain and return to pan.
- Add buttery spread, honey, mint leaves and pepper to pan.
- Gently stir just until turnips are glazed.
Use the extra mint leaves in tea to make a tasty, refreshing drink.
