Ingredients

  1. medium-size turnips, peeled and chopped
  2. 1/4 cup buttery spread
  3. 2 tablespoons honey
  4. 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
  5. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Cook turnips in boiling water until tender.
  2. Drain and return to pan.
  3. Add buttery spread, honey, mint leaves and pepper to pan.
  4. Gently stir just until turnips are glazed.
Use the extra mint leaves in tea to make a tasty, refreshing drink.
