Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 can (12 oz) tuna, packed in water
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup light salad dressing, mayonnaise-type
- 2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 to 4 tablespoons skim or one percent milk
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Drain tuna.
- Mix macaroni, tuna and vegetables together in mixing bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients and stir into macaroni mixture.
- Chill until ready to serve.
This would be great with a romaine lettuce salad.
