Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 8 packets artificial sweetner
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can pinto beans, low-sodium, drained and rinsed
- 1 can green beans, low-sodium, drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, low-sodium, drained and rinsed
Directions
- Blend sugar, oil and vinegar.
- Add vegetables and beans to oil mixture.
- Stir to mix.
- Marinate 10-12 hours.
Any beans will work.
