Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  2. 8 packets artificial sweetner
  3. 1/2 cup vinegar
  4. 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  5. 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  6. 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  7. 1 can pinto beans, low-sodium, drained and rinsed
  8. 1 can green beans, low-sodium, drained and rinsed
  9. 1 can kidney beans, low-sodium, drained and rinsed

Directions

  1. Blend sugar, oil and vinegar.
  2. Add vegetables and beans to oil mixture.
  3. Stir to mix.
  4. Marinate 10-12 hours.
Any beans will work.
