Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) fresh baby carrots
- 3 tablespoons buttery spread
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 package ranch salad dressing, dry mix
Directions
- Bring carrots to a boil in a saucepan with about 1 inch of water.
- Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until carrots are tender. Drain.
- In the same pan, add buttery spread, brown sugar and ranch salad dressing mix. Blend.
- Add carrots and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until glazed.
To lower the calorie content and carbohydrates, use a brown sugar substitute.
