Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes, fresh, scrubbed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons buttery spread
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°
- Pierce potatoes with a fork, microwave until soft. Peel and slice potatoes.
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange in prepared baking dish.
- Top with brown sugar and buttery spread.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until buttery spread melts.
Lightly dust cinnamon on top before baking as a brown sugar substitute to help lower calories and carbohydrates.
