Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced-fat Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- 8 chicken pieces, washed and skin removed
- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
- Stir 3/4 Parmesan cheese into spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
- Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned. Cook until the inside of each chicken piece is no long pink. Drain.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken, coat both sides.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes or until done.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Serve over spaghetti and with a salad!
