Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) rotini pasta, cooked drained
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (18 oz) bottle low-calorie, low-fat Italian-style salad dressing
Directions
- Combine cooked/drained pasta with tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cucumber, broccoli, mushrooms and Italian salad dressing.
- Cover and chill. Toss before serving.
You can mix and match your vegetables. Add chopped ham, turkey and /or cheese for a complete meal.
