Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons egg mix combined with 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup rice, cooked
- 1 can reduced-sodium diced tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon buttery spread
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the egg mixture, rice, onion, and pepper.
- Mix in the beef with the egg mixture.
- Shape into 2-inch balls.
- Combine the spaghetti sauce and Worcestershire sauce, pour over meatballs.
- Cook in a large pan, covered, over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Why not make extra meatballs to freeze; they make a great sandwich for a grab and go dinner.
