Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1-2 jalapenos, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and chill for several hours.
If you remove seeds and veins from the jalapenos, you will have a milder flavor.
You can mash a whole avocado to make guacamole.
