Ingredients

  1. onion, chopped
  2. tomatoes, chopped
  3. garlic clove, minced
  4. 1-2 jalapenos, chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons lime juice
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and chill for several hours.
If you remove seeds and veins from the jalapenos, you will have a milder flavor.

You can mash a whole avocado to make guacamole.
