Ingredients
- 1 can peaches, drained, rinsed and chopped
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
Directions
- Chop peaches into small pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Chill for 30 minutes or until flavors have blended well.
- Serve as topping or as a salsa.
Works great as salsa or a topping. Substitute nectarines when in season.
