Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons egg mix combined with 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together vegetable oil and brown sugar. Add egg mixture and continue to beat until smooth and creamy.
- Add flour, dry milk, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well. Stir in vanilla and water. Add oats and raisins. Mix well.
- Drop by small spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Great with a cold cup of skim or one percent milk.
