Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can whole kernel corn, low-sodium, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 can tomato sauce, low-sodium
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cans diced, low-sodium, tomatoes
- 1 1/4 cups macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat.
- Add tomatoes, corn, macaroni, pepper, beans, tomato sauce and chili powder.
- Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
