Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons egg mix (no water added)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce, low-sodium, divided
Directions
- Combine beef, oats, egg mixture, onion, and half the can of tomato sauce. Mix well.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cover with the remaining half can of tomato sauce.
- Bake for 1 hour.
Use leftover meatloaf to make a sandwich or add to spaghetti sauce.
