Ingredients
- 1 can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 can apricot halves, drained
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can mixed fruit, drained
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup buttery spread
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°
- Place fruit in a 9-inch square baking dish. Mix gently with a spatula.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar, crumbling any lumps with your fingers.
- Cut in the buttery spread, using your fingers or a fork.
- Stir in peanuts. Sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake until golden brown, about 45-50 minutes.
