Jungle Fruit Crumble

Ingredients

  1. 1 can sliced peaches, drained
  2. 1 can apricot halves, drained
  3. 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  4. 1 can mixed fruit, drained
  5. 1/2 cup flour
  6. 1/4 cup sugar
  7. 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  8. 1/4 cup buttery spread
  9. 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°
  1. Place fruit in a 9-inch square baking dish. Mix gently with a spatula.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar, crumbling any lumps with your fingers.
  3. Cut in the buttery spread, using your fingers or a fork.
  4. Stir in peanuts. Sprinkle over fruit.
  5. Bake until golden brown, about 45-50 minutes.
