Ingredients
- 4 firm, ripe pears, diced
- 2 apples, diced
- 2 tablespoons fruit juice
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup non-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon fruit juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
- In a large bowl, toss pears and apples with 2 tablespoons of fruit juice.
- Add cabbage and raisins; mix well.
- In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, 1 teaspoon of fruit juice and sugar.
- Add the yogurt mixture to the salad. Toss and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Make sure you keep the fruit juice separate for steps 1 and 3 in this recipe.
