9 servings (2 kabobs and 2 tablespoons of yogurt)
Ingredients
- 12 ounces yogurt, vanilla, non-fat (2, 6 oz containers)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups strawberries, halved
- 1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, reserve juice
- 1/2 cup grapes, sliced
- 1 apple, chopped
- 18 wooden skewers, small
Directions
- Mix yogurt, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Place in the refrigerator.
- Drizzle pineapple juice over apple pieces.
- Place 5-6 pieces of fruit on wooden skewer, rotating shapes and colors.
- Serve kabobs with yogurt sauce.
Use nectarines, peaches, honeydew or other fruit. Apples could also be soaked in orange juice instead of pineapple juice.
