Easy Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups oats, uncooked
  2. 1 cup peanuts, chopped
  3. 1/4 cup honey
  4. 1/4 cup buttery spread, melted
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  6. 2/3 cup raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Bake in 9 x 13 inch baking pan at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Stir every 10-15 minutes.
  4. Cool thoroughly and then store in a tightly covered container.
Use for yogurt topping. Pour skim milk or one percent milk over it as a cereal or as a quick snack.
