Ingredients
- 3 cups oats, uncooked
- 1 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup buttery spread, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2/3 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Bake in 9 x 13 inch baking pan at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Stir every 10-15 minutes.
- Cool thoroughly and then store in a tightly covered container.
Use for yogurt topping. Pour skim milk or one percent milk over it as a cereal or as a quick snack.
