Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup sugar
  2. 1/2 cup bakery mix
  3. 1 can (13 oz) non-fat evaporated milk
  4. 1/4 cup egg mix combined with 1/2 cup water
  5. 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
  6. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  7. 3 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°
 
  1. In large mixing bowl, beat all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
  3. Bake 50-55 minutes.
