Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup bakery mix
- 1 can (13 oz) non-fat evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup egg mix combined with 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
- In large mixing bowl, beat all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Bake 50-55 minutes.
