Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 medium head green cabbage, rinsed and thinly sliced
- 1/2 large carrot, shredded
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 radish, sliced
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin and pepper.
- Add cabbage, carrot, green onions and radish slices.
- Stir until well-combined.
- Chill before serving.
You can use the other half head of cabbage in soup.
