Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  2. 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  5. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  6. 1/2 medium head green cabbage, rinsed and thinly sliced
  7. 1/2 large carrot, shredded
  8. green onion, sliced
  9. radish, sliced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin and pepper. 
  2. Add cabbage, carrot, green onions and radish slices. 
  3. Stir until well-combined.
  4. Chill before serving.
You can use the other half head of cabbage in soup.
