Ingredients

  1. 20 radishes, ends trimmed, sliced very thin
  2. green bell pepper, finely sliced
  3. 2 tablespoons vinegar
  4. 4 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon sugar

Directions

  1. Combine radishes and green pepper in a bowl.
  2. In a cup, mix all the other ingredients, stirring them well to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Add the dressing to the vegetables, and mix well.
Be sure to use low-sodium soy sauce to keep the sodium content low.
