Ingredients
- 20 radishes, ends trimmed, sliced very thin
- 1 green bell pepper, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
- Combine radishes and green pepper in a bowl.
- In a cup, mix all the other ingredients, stirring them well to dissolve the sugar.
- Add the dressing to the vegetables, and mix well.
Be sure to use low-sodium soy sauce to keep the sodium content low.
