Ingredients
- 8 chicken pieces, boiled, skinned, and deboned
- 1 Tablespoon buttery Spread
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 4 fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can diced tomatoes, low-sodium
- 8 oz (2 cups) cubed cheese
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°
- Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms in a skillet with 1 Tablespoon buttery spread.
- Boil spaghetti in hot water.
- Drain off broth and add remaining ingredients, including deboned/chopped chicken.
- Stir until cheese is melted.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake until heated through.
Serve with a chopped, green salad.
