Cajun Grilled Corn

Ingredients

  1. 6 ears corn, husked and cleaned
  2. 1/2 cup buttery spread
  3. 6 tablespoons low-sodium *Cajun seasoning

Directions

  1. Peel back husks from corn removing corn silk.
  2. Leave a few layers of husks on the corn.
  3. Spread buttery spread over each ear of corn.
  4. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning lightly over each ear.
  5. Fold corn husks back over the corn.
  6. Wrap in foil.
  7. Place on grill for 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Unwrap foil, peel back husks and serve.
