BBQ Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 pound ground beef
  2. 2 Tablespoons egg mix combined with 1/4 cup water
  3. 1/2 cup oats
  4. 3 ounces non-fat evaporated milk
  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  8. 1/4 cup, 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
  9. 1/2 cup ketchup
  10. 1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
  11. 1/2 cup light brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°
  1. In a bowl, mix beef, egg mixture, oats, evaporated milk, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and 1/4 cup onion.
  2. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and arrange in a  single layer in a baking dish sprayed iwth a non-stick cooking spray. 
  3. In a separate bowl mix ketchup, garlic, brown sugar and 2 Tablespoons onion. 
  4. Pour evenly over meatballs.
  5. Bake uncovered 1 hour.
Make extra meatballs and freeze to serve for a later meal. Eliminate BBQ sauce and add spaghetti sauce for an Italian version.
