Ingredients
- 1 beef roast, thawed
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°
- Place beef roast in a roasting pan. Rub garlic and pepper on the roast and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Turn oven down to 325°; roast another 2-3 hours or until beef is tender enough to be pulled apart with a fork.
- Remove from oven. Shred beef by pulling it apart with a fork and place in bowl.
- Pour barbecue sauce and garlic over beef. Stir well.
