BBQ Beef

Ingredients

  1. beef roast, thawed
  2. garlic cloves, chopped
  3. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  4. 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°
  1. Place beef roast in a roasting pan.  Rub garlic and pepper on the roast and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
  2.  Turn oven down to 325°; roast another 2-3 hours or until beef is tender enough to be pulled apart with a fork.
  3.  Remove from oven.  Shred beef by pulling it apart with a fork and place in bowl.
  4. Pour barbecue sauce and garlic over beef.  Stir well.
