Ingredients
- 4-5 medium apples, center removed, sliced
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or substitute white granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup buttery spread
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
- Spray the bottom and sides of a square 8 x 8 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread apple slices on the bottom of the pan.
- Melt buttery spread in a medium-sized bowl. Add oatmeal, flour, sugar and cinnamon, then mix.
- Drop the mixture over the top of the apples.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
You can turn yesterday's meatballs into sub sandwiches and serve with Apple Bake for dessert.
