Ingredients
- 2 cups romaine lettuce leaves, washed and torn
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, canned, washed and drained
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, low-fat
- 3 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Directions
- Place lettuce in a large salad bowl.
- Add pineapple, strawberries and kiwi.
- In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and lemonade concentrate.
- Drizzle yogurt mixture over salad and serve.
Use the remainder of the lemonade concentrate to make refreshing lemonade.
