Ingredients

  1. 2 cups romaine lettuce leaves, washed and torn
  2. 1 cup pineapple chunks, canned, washed and drained
  3. 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  4. kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  5. 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, low-fat
  6. 3 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Directions

  1. Place lettuce in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add pineapple, strawberries and kiwi.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and lemonade concentrate.
  4. Drizzle yogurt mixture over salad and serve.
Use the remainder of the lemonade concentrate to make refreshing lemonade.
