Sundrop Pops Fruit Freeze

  1. 3 cups fruit juice, any kind
  2. 1 cup canned fruit, chopped or mashed


  1. Blend fruit juice and canned fruit together. 
  2. Pour into 5, 5-ounce paper cups. Fill within 1/2 inch of top. 
  3. Freeze for 1 hour. Put a wooden spoon or stick in the center of each cup while the mixture is still only partly frozen.
  4. Put back in the freezer and freeze until hard.
