  1. 1 package (16 oz) rotini pasta, cooked drained
  2. tomatoes, chopped
  3. green bell pepper, chopped
  4. onion, chopped
  5. large cucumber, chopped
  6. 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  7. 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  8. 1 (18 oz) bottle low-calorie, low-fat Italian-style salad dressing


  1. Combine cooked/drained pasta with tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cucumber, broccoli, mushrooms and Italian salad dressing.
  2. Cover and chill. Toss before serving.
You can mix and match your vegetables. Add chopped ham, turkey and /or cheese for a complete meal.

It tastes even better the next day after being refrigerated overnight. Try your favorite salad dressings for a different taste.
