Pumpkin Pie in a Bag

  1. graham cracker square
  2. 1/4 cup skim or one percent milk
  3. 1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix, sugar-free
  4. 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  5. 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  6. 2 tablespoons pumpkin, canned
  7. whipped topping, optional


  1. Place graham cracker in a small plastic bag and seal it.
  2. Crush graham cracker into small crumbs, then pour crumbs into a small cup.
  3. In a plastic freezer bag, add milk, instant pudding and spices.
  4. Remove air from bag and seal it.
  5. Squeeze and knead bag with hands.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons pumpkin and mix well.
  7. Push contents of bag to one corner, then snip off corner and squeeze contents into cup over graham cracker crumbs.
  8. Top with whipped topping if desired.
This is a great substitute for a higher calorie piece of pie.
