Peach Salsa

Ingredients

  1. 1 can peaches, drained, rinsed and chopped
  2. 1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  3. 1/4 cup red onion, minced
  4. 1/2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  5. 1/2 tablespoon lime juice

Directions

  1. Chop peaches into small pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes or until flavors have blended well.
  4. Serve as topping or as a salsa.
Works great as salsa or a topping. Substitute nectarines when in season.
