  1. medium cucumbers, quartered and thinly sliced
  2. medium onion, chopped
  3. bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  4. 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
  5. 1/2 cup ranch-style salad dressing
  6. Pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, toss together cucumbers, onion and radishes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and ranch salad dressing. Season with pepper.
  3. Mix the dressing with the vegetables and toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate to chill, about 2 hours.
You can add this salad to your hominy bake and have a bright crispy crunch and hot comfort food.
