Avocado Garden Salad

  1. 6 cups romaine or mixed salad greens, torn
  2. tomatoes, chopped
  3. green onions, chopped
  4. small cucumber, peeled and chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  6. 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  8. large avocado, peeled


  1. In a large bowl, mix salad greens, tomatoes, onions, and cucumber. 
  2. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss together.
  4. Cut avocado in half lengthwise and remove pit. Peel halves and slice into thin wedges.
  5. Arrange avocado slices on top of salad and serve immediately.
